07:50AM: Stop at Bay Canh island, exploring the mangrove forest on the island with unique species of wildlife, learning about sea turtle conservation efforts and witnessing the release of baby turtles into the sea.
08:30AM: Continue the journey to the coral reefs near Bảy Cạnh Island, where you can observe the coral reefs using snorkeling masks and snorkels.
09h30AM: We will then proceed to Cau Island, where you can enjoy a untouched and tranquil atmosphere. WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER. All tour programs and itinerary orders can be changed depending on the weather, wind and tide. All our itineraries and programs are only suggestions and ideas. However, the captain has to check during the day if possible to follow. Your SAFETY is our main priority and if waves are too big there might be a change of program. From May to November there is an official monsoon season in the south of Vietnam. In case of rain before your trip or at the time of the departure, you can cancel and get a full refund or change for another day (if available). Once you start your trip, we can not provide any refund or partial refund or change.
We can not predict the weather and it can change suddenly. If you think bad weather would ruin your trip, please reconsider booking a trip with us. Vietnam has a tropical climate that can not be predicted. We can not provide any compensation for rainy weather or change in locations. During monsoon season the sea can be choppy and not great visibility for snorkeling.
WE CAN NOT CONTROL THE NATURE. We can not affect if there will be any sea urchin or jellyfish in the sea. We live on a beautiful island surrounded by beautiful nature which is wild and unpredictable. On some days we see snakes, turtles or even dolphins. Some days we don’t see any animals, the visibility underwater is not good, and snorkeling is not so great. This is nature and we can not predict or compensate for any lack of wild animals or nature phenomena.
Children below 3 years are free of charge. Children 10 years and older are full price.
REFUND POLICY: Our refund policy is a 100% refund if canceled up until 1 month of the date you are booked to come and 50% if you cancel between 48h and 1 month before the date of your trip. Cancelation of your booking less than 48 hours before or no show is no refund. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to bad weather, we will attempt to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
